those BE students who are done
scampering around for their final
projects and are looking for a platform
to display their hard work. An event
cum exhibition that will ensure that the
best project gets rewarded and
recognized by the faculty and the
industry. It’s plain, simple and classic.

Registering Your Project:.
•
Team Size: max. FOUR.
•
The abstract should be sent in the following format:
o
Title of the Project, Names and Contact No. of the participants and their Institute's name.
o
Idea of the project.
o
Objective and Working of project.
o
Diagrams, Circuits, Algorithms, Block diagrams, Graphs, Flowcharts, etc
o
Bibliography.
Rules & Regulations:
•
All entries must display their projects for 5 hours on 25th Feb.
•
On the day of the competition all selected participants are required to bring with them some proof of
their identity i.e national ID, Passport , License, PAN Card , College I.D. Card. Failing to do so will
result in disqualification.
•
The projects would be on display for general public and at least one member of a team is required to be
there at ALL TIMES during exhibition to explain their project to the public.
•
A panel of judges will evaluate each project during the day of the competition.
•
The students should present their projects in 10 min to the judges.
•
Complete documentation of the project, including the user manual, should be available at the
time of evaluation during the event. No project will be evaluated without its
documentation.
•
The decision of the judges will be final. Participants are required to be there at the time of evaluation.
Failure in appearing before the judge at the time of evaluation will automatically disqualify the project
from the competition.
